Customer stated that urinal wasn’t working. Found that handle wasn’t allowing urinal to flush and also noticed that toilet by urinal was running. Checked pressure and found that pressure was over 100 psi. Recommended customer to have PRV replaced and also to install new solan valve for urinal. Customer angreed and went ahead and shut water off to building at meter. Removed old solan valve for urinal and furnish installed new water shut off and solan valve for urinal. Also removed existing PRV and furnish installed new PRV with new building shut off valve. Also went ahead and rebuilt, toilet near urinal by replacing fill valve flapper and install installing new supply line. Turned water back on and tested. Was now working as it should and no leaks were present at this time. Set water pressure to about 60 psi.
