Client called us out due to their cast iron toilet flange in main floor half bathroom being broken. Client was attempting to replace it themselves, but it is on cast iron pipe in a slab. Gave estimate of $550 to replace that toilet flange and fastened to the concrete, and setting the toilet back client had already pulled up. They declined to move forward. Collected SF.
