For this customer, they call us out for a running toilets, and I took a look at the running toilet. It was a Kohler toilet, which was the color toilets with the flush tower. The red seal head, corroded, and it needed to be replaced with that mind I recommended to replace the supply line to fill valve and the flush seal for a proper permanent fixed along with that I recommended to replace the pressure reducing valve because the water pressure red at 100 psi that is not the only reason we replaced it. The pressure reducing valve is also leaking from one of the check valves on the bottom of the unit so we replaced it with a new ball valve and a new pressure reducing valve. No leaks after installation. Also noticed the customer had a brand new kitchen faucet that they want to install and one of their main complaints that it constantly drips so I also offered to replace that faucet once fully installed.
