For this customer, we jetted the sewer line from the roof for the kitchen stack. The line was full of grease and once we camera the line indicating that there were no issues there was a small issue with the cast-iron between 26 and 33 feet the bottom of the cast-iron has to run it out so we gave an estimate for that repair. The customer doesn’t want to go to the lining route rather than the repair due to the higher costs with that in mind. The customer also wanted to get their pressure reducing valve replaced because the pressure was very low. It was reading at 40 psi However whenever a toilet was flushed went down to 30 psi indicating the water pressure so therefore we had to locate the pressure reducing valve in order to install a new one. We had to dig it up and install a new valve box along with the pressure reducing valve in a new main shut off valve backfilled with gravel.
