Arrived on site client stated they are selling the home and would like a few things done. Upon inspection client has a leak under lav sink. There is an accordion style tailpiece I recommend to get removed and the trap would need to be replaced as well. Client would also like to replace the toilet valve in that same bathroom. Under the kitchen sink there is a saddle valve and globe valve that should also be replaced and since everything there is being cut out we will be adding a new valve for the cold side for the kitchen faucet. Client also has a gate valve for the main I recommend we replace. Client says she will go buy a new shower head for upstairs bathroom that we can replace as a courtesy if she has it on site the day we perform the work. Took a deposit and we will be returning at a later date.
