Arrived on site client stated her kitchen faucet was leaking. Upon inspection client has a faucet that is leaking underneath and would like for us to take it off and reinstall it. Let client know beforehand that if it does not work we would have to still charge for our time and we would credit back half of today’s work towards faucet replacement. Client also stated that her alarm for sump pump was going off and a pipe underneath was leaking hot water. Upon inspection it appeared that the boiler was leaking at one point but is not leaking at the moment. We will need to send out our boiler tech to further diagnose the issue.
