Arrived on site and client stated she would like for us to remove the old nuts that are stuck on the toilet from the previous toilet seat that was there and they have a dripping kitchen faucet that does not turn off properly. Upon inspection underneath the kitchen sink both shutoff valves cannot be turned by hand. Client also has a gate valve for the main that I recommend get replaced. Client would just like for us to remove old nuts from toilet and install new toilet seat for today.
