Arrived on site client stated they would like to have us install there customer supplied kitchen faucet. Upon inspection I noticed the hot side valve under the sink was hard to turn as well as the dishwasher valve. Found an old gate valve for the main as well. Offered to replace 3 valves under the sink as well as the main. Client would like to just install the faucet today. Installed faucet and checked for leaks. There are no leaks at this time.
