Arrived on site client stated thier kitchen sink was slow draining and they wanted to know if we could drain thier water heater. Upon inspection clients hot side emergency shutoff valve does not work when turned off and is very stiff but the cold side works. Client also doesn’t have a separate valve for the dishwasher. When checking out the water heater it did not have a blow off for the t&p valve and client stated it would shoot out water sometimes. Left estimates to replace T&P valve and pipe in blow along with 3 new emergency shutoff valves under the kitchen sink and a new water main valve. Client would like to move forward with just the hydro jetting today. When done we tested for flow and the kitchen sink is now draining as it should.
