Arrived on site customer stated that they have a leaking boiler. Upon inspection found that the water heater is leaking from the tank itself. The water heater will need to be replaced as well as all the safety features such as the expansion tank, and the flue pipe will need to be increased to 4” to meet code requirements. Gave options for replacement with a 6 year tank warranty and a 10 year tank warranty through the manufacturer. Gave options and customer is getting other estimates before making a decision. Collected visual diagnostic fee.
