Arrived on site customer stated that they had roots and would like to have the line inspected. Sent down camera and found a root penetration 3’ in and a separation approximately 30’ out. Gave options on spot repairs and customer would like to just have roots removed at this time so they can decide later on the spot repairs. Sent down cutter head and removed root blockage. Tested work and collected payment.
