Arrived to the home, client is selling the home to their son and they are moving out of state. The had a home inspection done and there were a few issues that the inspector flagged them on. Main issue was a broken sewer line in the crawlspace and copper piping no being strapped and is laying on the ground. Also the inspector stated that the gas line that penetrates the block in the crawlspace is not sleeved. The hole that the original installer drilled for the gas line is very large for the half inch pipe so they used spray foam to make up the difference. The gas line is not touching any concrete and does pose any real issues at this time. I provided options to repair the broken drain and strapped up the copper piping for the client. Cut out and removed broken drain line in crawlspace. Adapted to existing drain line using no hub couplings. Supplied and installed new drain pipe and fittings. Secured my connections and checked for leaks. There are no leaks at this time. *Strapped up co
