Arrived on site customer stated that they had a burst, after inspecting we found that it was on the floor by Moen. As stated in previous visits the outlet in the closet with the main water shutoff is not working and that is why we were not able to plug back in the heat tape, we advised customer to get outlet fixed so this did not happen. When customer gets outlet fixed they will contact us to get back on the schedule.
