Arrived on site customer stated that there toilet is not flushing right and rocking. Upon inspection found that the fill valve is not filling properly and the toilet flapper is leaking. Customer interested in a new toilet white right height round front. Collected $100 down deposit and will be returning Friday to perform work. Made customer aware that because of the rocking the toilet flange may be damaged and will need to be replaced in order to install the new toilet.
