New 40 gal short water heater, expansion tank with membership Arrived to home for no hot water. Upon inspection found 9 year old water heater with pilot light out. Also noticed leaking on cold dielectric nipple. Water heater was not up to code. MyGuy supplied and installed new water heater and expansion tank and brought up to code. Tested for leaks there are none at this time. Purged water heater. Was a lot of sediment in lines. Had to run for awhile. Mail paper copy.
