Arrived on site client stated they have a slow leak at the base of their lav faucet when it is in use. Client also stated their toilet was rocking and the pop up assembly was not working. Today I tightened down clients toilet, fixed pop up assembly rod, and toilet is flushing better. Called Kohler to get part numbers and they recommended to replace valve body and cartridges with newer style valve body. Client does not want to move forward with valve body and cartridge replacement at this time.
