Arrived on site customer stated that they have a 40 year old boiler and they would like to have it replaced. Upon inspection found that it is a 3 zone boiler and they are currently using zone valves for each zone. Gave options on replacement with a cga5 boiler and installing zone pumps with a taco relay board and replacement of all safety features. We will submit permits but customer is responsible for paying permit fee and scheduling their inspection. Collected visual diagnostic fee and will credit towards any work quoted today.
