A month ago we had installed a brand new vormax Townsend toilet with the appropriate seat, I arrived today because the seat was loose and falling off the toilet. After I removed the seat I discovered that it was not installed correctly from the initial install. I took apart the seat, cleaned the toilet surface and reinstalled the seat correctly. I showed client how to properly remove the seat as well. The seat is not secured and working properly.
