Arrived on site customer stated that they had no heat no hot water. Upon inspection found that the circulator pump is leaking and the heat exchanger is in bad shape. Upon inspection contacted tech support they stated that the circulator pump need to be replaced and recommend the 3 way valve be replaced. They stated that the heat exchanger is ok for now but in the past we’ve found that most time tech support recommends replacement with the condition it is in. Replaced circulator pump and purged unit and found that the water pressure sensor inlet is leaking as well that was not noticed previously will need to return to replace part tomorrow. Collected payment for work performed today.
