Arrived on site customer stated that they are getting an error code of 10 which typically indicates that a clogged or obstructed vent. Upon inspection we checked the exhaust termination and from what we can see there is no clogged or obstruction, recommend contacting tech support to troubleshoot. Contacted tech support and inspected fan motor pulled it apart found no obstructions, tested gas pressure and tech support came to the conclusion that the burner assembly is clogged recommend cleaning and or replacement of the burner assembly. Gave options and customer would like to move forward with replacement of the burner assembly. Credited half of tech support fee towards work completed. Collected payment.
