Arrived on site client stated his toilet was clogged. Upon inspection toilet is an old American standard toilet that client says has been there for 35 years since he’s been in the home. Left options to replace the toilet or to just auger the toilet. Client would like to move forward with just the auger today. Augered toilet and it is now flushing as it should.
