Arrived to the home, customer has an existing kitchen sink they would like us to install for them on site. I First turned the valves off to make sure that they work, the hot side does not hold and replacement is needed. I provided options for the client and they have declined the service for today. If customer calls us back to install the faucet, I will credit today’s diagnostic fee towards the cost of the install.
