Arrived to the home, customer states a leak from the overflow plate for the existing glued tub drain, after many attempts I was able to recreate a very small drip from the gasket, I then tighten the gasket and the leak appears to stop at this time. Client is aware that there is no warranty for today, and if the leak arises again I will need to replace the tub drain for the client. If they called us back to replace the drain I will credit today’s diagnostic fee towards the cost of the replacement.
