Arrived to home for leak in ceiling. Upon inspection found stains and wet spots on ceiling downstairs underneath kitchen sink. Ran kitchen faucet and instantly started leaking from handle and after turning faucet off it would continue to ru. Customer stated that counter was full of water dripping into downstairs. Noticed that the bonnet for faucet was very loose. I tightened it by hand and is no longer leaking. Highly recommend replacing faucet and also opening ceiling to make sure there are no other plumbing issues. Left options for everything. Said if they signed up for membership I would cut open ceiling as courtesy to make sure no other leaks. 59 waived
