Arrived on site client stated they had a few leaks in the crawlspace. Upon inspection client has a leak from the toilet on the first floor that is leaking into the basement. Client has a led bend I recommend get replaced and a 3” no hub that is improperly installed next to it. Client also has multiple shark bites in the basement I recommend get replaced. Kitchen and bathroom line have improper no hub couplings installed as well as the as well as the bathroom sinks having improper fittings installed in the basement. Recommend repiping 3” toilet run going into the main stack and repiping the 1 1/2 bathroom sink line in the basement along with removing all shark bites. Today I reconnected the water and removed 3 shark bites in the process. Turned water back on to test for leaks. We will return at a later date for repiping drainage in the basement.
