Customer stated that there three handle shower valve was leaking. After inspecting we found that the hot stem is leaking. MyGuy plumbing gave customer options to replace shower valve or to rebuild existing shower valve. Customer decided to move forward with rebuilding existing shower valve. MyGuy noticed that the diverting stem is no longer available and is discounted, MyGuy plumbing installed a pull level tub spout making the diverting stem no longer needed. After all work was completed MyGuy plumbing tested for leaks no leaks were found everything is working as should. *If repair made today does happen to fail and replacement of the shower valve is needed, I will credit today’s service towards that cost. Client is aware.
