Arrived at location on 1/18/22 - Checked the disposal for it not filling properly and no hot water. Checked and have hot water to the unit and only a small stream of hot water into the unit but cold water is ok. Temping valve is fully adjusted. Needs new solenoid valve and temping valve and the adapter and a disconnect handle. It’s missing. Will order the parts and return. Returned on 2/1/22 - Returned to location with parts necessary for the repair. Disassembled tempering unit and associated components. Installed new and checked for leaks. Installed new disconnect switch and tested as well. Powered up unit and allowed to fill. Unit now has much better pressure and hot water. Back in service.
