Arrived on site and Reach-In Cooler unit was unplugged. turned unit on. 134a pressures were okay. Compressor did not kick on right away. Compressor ran and shut off when calling for it to be on. it kicked back on after 20 seconds. I could only duplicate it once. compressor running at 5.85 amps and was hot, It also is running mildly rough. I did not replace evap coil due to 134a charge being okay and other issues with the reach in. I found that the temp settings were at 32 degrees. the cabinet probe does not shut off at 32 but at 26. it has a 8 degree differential which may be freezing unit up and causing the issues with the box. recommending new temp and defrost probes. I adjusted temp to 38 degrees with 6 degree differential to keep it above freezing. follow up call to verify proper operation. 12/30/19 Customer would like quote for new unit before any more work is performed.
