Found unit was on. Spoke with customer, stated unit won't steam. Checked while it was on and had 4.3 micro amps. Drained both top and bottom boilers and refilled and both compartments, started to steam and time down when ready t stat was made. Drained and filled again. Noticed some lime floating in probe housing. Will set up a time to come back to delime first thing in the morning. Unit is okay for use at this time
