Arrived. starting deliming process. pouring delimer into cavity of steamer. turned on and allowed to fill rest of way with water. heat up partially to descale inside cavity. allow delimer to sit in steamer for 30 minutes. drain water and delimer from unit. fill back up with fresh water, turn on and allow to heat up. flush water through unit a few times to get rid of delimer residue. remove components from inside steamer and wipe off residue. reassemble and turn unit on. okay for use.
