Found actuator broken at the plastic upper housing cracked off on the left side of grill. Replaced the actuator. Found lift arm bar mounting blocks missing. Bolts and blocks out of position for unit to work correctly. Will also need upper limit switch bushing and bolts. Will get quote to repair. Did put mount block up so it won't break the actuator. Returned and replaced frame, pillow blocks, bushings, screws, nuts and bolts. Repaired per quote. **Travel Charges billed on WO#107210
