Arrived. checked Drive Through Windows operation. unit seems to slide ok but latch is damaged. there are multiple kinds of latches installed. contacted factory and spoke with Jeff. he stated the latching system for the window is discontinued for this window. he said the window was probably installed 23 years ago. he suggested we either make the window work with the hardware installed or try to obtain something similar to what's already installed. obtained a window lock locally and installed. unit now latches and locks. also cable system is missing on window. will obtain new and return. 7-3-18 - Returned. installed new chain and pulley system. lubricated moving parts. unit is ok for use at this time.
