Found Reach-In Freezer evaporator drain pan and evaporator iced up. Put unit in defrost and amp draw was 5 amps, heaters are working. P trap in the drain line is not clogged but there may be something blocking the hole in the drain pan. Will leave unit off to thaw and return tomorrow to check it out. 11/14/18 Found drain line was clogged. Removed line cleaned out the clog. Pulled drain line heater farther into drain line. Heater is working. Poured water into drain pan. All drained out. Freezer is down to temp.
