arrived, stated Pizza Oven unit is not heating up at all. pulled unit out from wall. disassemble and remove covers. hi limit not tripped. hi limit is closed, verify continuity. turn unit on, both contactors latch ok. checked and have 212 volts to element, no amp draw. bad element. will quote. 11/27/20 arrived, started disassembly. remove front door on unit, remove conveyor assembly and fingers assemblies to access element. remove element brackets and covers, remove old element (does have a hole burned through it). install new element. clean out debris inside oven (crumbs, dirt, etc). reassemble. turn on, 31 amps on element now. allow to heat up, ok for use.
