Found the Refrigerated Drawer unit at temperature and running normally. The condensate pan that sits under the condenser was full to overflowing causing water to drip on the floor. There is no heater or hot gas loop in the pan. Loosened the condenser and lifted it up. The water spilled out of the pan. Checked the pan but found no visible cracks in it. The unit was set at 37 degrees Fahrenheit. The unit shut off at 36.5 degrees Fahrenheit. A probe inside the unit said 35.4. The customer said the drawers are always kept closed. The kitchen is at 69 degrees Fahrenheit. Called Delfield and talked to Shelly first and then Chris in tech service. Delfield claims the customer either left the drawers open or the humidity in the kitchen is too high. There is no factory fix for this. we can try putting wicking material in the pan or running a drain line to the floor drain. This call is not covered under warranty per Chris at Delfield tech support.
