Arrived onsite on 7/15/21 to check Southbend convection oven. Checked in with head chef and discussed oven. Checked and found door switch broken and oven not heating. Replaced broken door switch. Troubleshot and found ignitor not operating. Gas valve opening, but ignitor not lighting. Replaced ignitor assembly. Brought convection oven into operation. Oven heating and maintaining temperature. Oven is in operation.
