Performed quality check System is cleaned secondary drain pan is clean Reasoning the pan had insulation in it and all around and on system is because installers insulated the entire garage along with the house. Made client aware I only quoted the home not garage so he actually got more than he payed for. Client is happy with cleaners and myself
Arrived and addressed clients concerns. Installers need to return to attach new flex as close as possible to old boot box. Client is very upset that a lot of old duct work was left connected. Client also has some wool/ old insulation in vents need to verify that all distribution boxes are cleaned and no remaining insulation in system. Client would like pictures of before and after. Once duct work is to satisfactory client wants us to return to blow in insulation
Arrived and clients stated they had another company come out yo inspect why system was not cooling home well. Clients stated that certain duct runs had not been replaced. Inspected entire duct system to find that roughly 5-8 feet of old metal ducting was still left that we had connected to. Installers need to return and reattach new flex as close as possible to boot boxes. Found corporate to house not staying cool due to lack of insulation. Homeowners stated they are selling home and wish to not proceed at this time. Client also wants permits pulled as promised

Customer was concerned system not operating properly due to taking 11hrs to drop 10degrees. System checks out perfectly with a delta T split of 23F! Pressures also look good at condenser. Current outgoing air temp is 47.3F with incoming of 70.7F! Noticed about a 15deg drop from air handler to the farthest room she was concerned about and elevated ceiling drywall temps throughout home. As discussed before our recommended solution is a ductwork revision and increase in insulation as well as sealing penetrating lights etc in attic to minimize heat transfer from attic to home! Customer stated that she will soon have the rental units systems paid off and may be ready to re visit ductwork and insulation for this home after that. System is operating correctly at this time!
