Brennan was awesome. He checked for water drops on my filter. He did the thorough check of inside unit as well as checked outside for Freon. This is second time I used Mason and really happy. I really liked that they send the text with picture of the person coming to your house with details on how experienced the person is. Very easy to communicate to their office. Overall, I am sticking with Mason

Came out from machine not working properly upon arrival found a breaker off and trip float switch clean drain line and got machine up and running again offered customer membership said it was too expensive
Came out for a customer having problems with his drain line it was not clogged cause he already cleaned it out. He wanted to find a solution for a permanent fix. Recommended him getting a condensate pump ran through the attic to prevent future floods and a membership to maintenance and maintain the machine
Brennan G Today I visited for the evaporator coil dripping water. I sprayed the evaporator coil with non rinse cleaner, added refrigerant and verified the drain line is clear. The dripping should stop however we did discuss that small drips of water from the coil can occur on occasion.
Performed System Inspection. Confirmed refrigerant leak in EVAP coil. Provided option for replacement under warranty. Pricing/labor includes full satisfactory of 410A Refrigerant levels as needed for complete repair.
