Started 2 maintenances on 2 separate systems. For clarification moving forward, Unit #1 will be the system on the left side of the house and Unit #2 will be on the right side of the house. Discovered Unit #1 had a clogged filter so we replaced it with the filter provided to us by the owner. Evaporator coils were clean. Condensing coils were dirty from outside dirt/debris. A water flush was conducted to clean Condensing coils. Drain line was not clogged as Unit #1 has a drain pump installed to keep debris mininal. Discovered Unit #2 filter was dirty but not clogged but we still replaced with the filter provided by the owner for a fresh start after maintenance. Evaporator coil had minimal debris and it was removed. Condensing coil was only dirty on 1 side. A water flush was conducted to clean Condensing coils. Cleaned the drain line as it is older and runs underneath the building's foundation. Discovered Unit #2 had a malfunctioning disconnect box. Wires were burnt and arching. We replac
