Thermostat will not allow client to lower temperature, only raise temperature. Determined faulty thermostat. Before replacing thermostat, jumped out system so cooling runs continuously and did a complete evaluation of system. Notice that there is no surge protection on the system, compressor has high startup amps, and is low on refrigerant. Gave client solutions for issues with the system. Client chose solution #1. Replaced thermostat, installed hard start kit to lower compressor startup amps, installed surge protector, and charge system with 2 pounds of refrigerant. Client signed up for annual membership. Cycled and tested system, all operations OK at this time.

Brennan G Today I returned and made minor changes to the to the installation. I added a drain line acsess and sealed the air handler platform. I made an attempt to straighten the damaged condenser unit frame. The condenser frame was damaged upon arrival. I informed Mohammed I will speak with a supervisor so we can determine what corrective action must be taken.

Brennan G Today I visited for the system not heating. I discovered the evaporator coil is leaking refrigerant r410 and the system is to low on refrigerant to operate. I provided a repair and replacement quote. Due to the immediate repair costs, future repair costs, and age of the equipment. The repairs of the equipment is not recommended. The system is down at this time.

Brennan G Today I visited for the system not cooling. We discovers the compressor start assist, compressor fan run capacitor and contact relay had failed. We replaced the faulty components and the system is now cooling. 1 year warranty on repairs preformed today. I washed the condenser coil and flushed the drain line with water. I recommended joining our maintenance agreement and preforming a chemical flush of the line. No warranty on drain line.
