Brian did a very thorough excellent job and is a first class tech! What I’m not happy with is that when I made the appointment 3 months ago I said make sure you have the correct humidifier pad! I was assured by Staff in recent conversations that it was all set? Is the pad here at time of service? Nope! Why? Now It finds out that the pad is on order? Sloppy .. .. Brian took the time to disassemble and came to the conclusion that the pad is somewhat defective. It disintegrates into tiny particles over time .. is there a different pad for this unit? Thermo pride humidifier..
