Televised sewer from outside cleanout. Got passed area where other contractor had gotten on his video but there is a badly offset joint just downstream before the city main sewer. Pie is offset approximately 50%. Recommended making that repair then the remainder of the sewer can be lined afterwards. Recommended Active and Wescon Underground.
