Performed trenchless sewer line rehabilitation for residential property in Northbrook. Initial video inspection had identified multiple fractures and joint separations in original clay pipe installed circa 1965. Rehabilitation utilized CIPP (Cured-In-Place-Pipe) technology with epoxy-saturated felt liner designed for 75+ year service life. Project preparation included establishing proper bypass pumping system to maintain sewer service during installation. Thoroughly cleaned existing 4-inch pipe using combination high-pressure water jetting and mechanical cutting to remove all roots and debris. Installed 82 feet of liner from basement cleanout to municipal connection point. Utilized controlled steam curing process maintaining precise temperature gradient to ensure optimal resin curing. Post-installation video inspection confirmed successful liner deployment with particular attention to reinstatement of lateral connections. Final results show uniform liner with no anomalies and proper fl
