12-23-2025: Located area in front yard downstream of 4” cast clean out at 4”x6” cast to clay transition 4’5” deep where 6” clean out needs to be installed to line sewer downstream to city main, start at cast to clay and dig back to 4” elbow at bottom of drop that is back pitched.
