Job Checkin

Arrived on site and the customer stated that the front outdoor outlet was not working. Inspected the garage and found that the GFCI outlet feeding the exterior receptacle was tripped. The GFCI had been replaced recently. Informed the customer that moisture intrusion or the outlet being in poor condition could cause the GFCI to trip due to water detection. Recommended replacing the front and back outdoor outlets with new receptacles and installing in-use (bubble) covers for added protection. Also observed that two dedicated garage circuits were not GFCI protected. Installed GFCI breakers to protect the dedicated outlets on the left side of the panel, as well as the refrigerator circuit located next to the existing GFCI. All work performed is covered under a five-year warranty, including the two GFCI breakers, outdoor outlets, and bubble covers. Customer is 100% happy and satisfied with today’s service.
