ATTEMPT to restore flow to kitchen island drain and test drainage system. No warranty on drain clears Have a field supervisor come out and run a sewer camera to investigate why the drain backs up. Customer states it backs up every winter. Once camera is ran and adequate footage is obtained, further repairs will be quoted. Cable and camera prices rolled into repair cost.
Customer called us out for a quote on a whole home water repipe. Customer walked us through home to look at the layout. Explained everything that needs to be done in detail. Emailed estimate to customer does have multiple estimates and will look over all of them.
Arrived on the job site, where the customer requested a full whole-home safety inspection report. Completed the inspection throughout the entire home and reviewed all hazards and concerns with the realtor. Provided written solutions and recommendations for correcting the issues identified. The customer requested some time to review the quote and will call back to move forward with the work. Customer is 100% happy and satisfied with today’s visit.
Arrived onsite to look at warranty of a light that was replaced as has since fallen off the house. Found that the original ight strap was re used and had become stripped out not allowing the securing bolt to tighten. To correct the issue I installed a toggle bolt behind the mount bar so that there is a secure hold on the fixture.
Customer wanted to install landscape lighting across fence and explain to customer that he will need to get a landscape company out due to it being such a far distance. Explain to customer we mainly only work on 120 V in above gave different options for replacing up lights and adding more up lights. Quote is good for 30 days.
Arrived on site, and the customer stated that the 2-pole 30-amp breaker controlling the dryer was not functioning properly. Performed a diagnostic to confirm that the breaker was the cause of the issue. Found that the breaker was faulty and replaced it with a new Cutler Hammer 30-amp 2-pole breaker. Verified that the dryer is now heating properly. Also replaced a wrap light located on the far left side of the house. Informed the customer that all work and materials are covered under a five-year warranty, excluding the customer-provided light fixture. Scheduled a return visit for November 7th with my supervisor to provide quotes for breaker replacements and whole-home surge protection. Customer is 100% happy and satisfied with today’s visit.
Customer calls out for issue with hall bath downstairs toilet, Looked at issue gave two estimates for repair/replacement. Customer thought price was high called supervisor and he was able to work with the estimate. Customer wants to get additional estimates. Quotes are good for 30 days
Disconnected p trap under vanity sink in upstairs bathroom. Reassembled ptrap and tested for leaks. Flow has been restored. No warranty for drain clears. Advised customer about drain treatment,
