Arrived on the jobsite; the customer requested a dedicated outdoor circuit for the condenser serving two mini-split systems to be installed. Spoke with the HVAC technician and confirmed that the condenser requires a 30-amp, 240-volt dedicated circuit. We will return to install a 30-amp dedicated circuit, running EMT conduit along the eave on the brick wall to an outdoor disconnect to supply power to the mini-split condenser. Customer is 100% happy and satisfied with today’s visit.
Returned and installed interlinked smoke detectors and will need to return once specialty covers come in. Left quotes for additional work that might be done in future
Arrived on site to put whole house system on pressure test after shutting down all appliances and pressurizing the system to 10 psi. Has a drop in pressure and and proceeded to go around checking the repairs we made. Found a 1 1/2 union on back side of home that needed to be tightened down in order to seal off leak. Repressurized and test again and held for an hour. Update: 12/15/25 - put system on test and everything held. Inspector came by and passed the inspection so all is good and closed out.
Arrived on site and the customer stated that he wanted the exterior ceiling fan replaced. He also requested an upgrade of the exterior timer for the Christmas lights to a digital timer, as well as replacement of the bulbs in the sconce lights, which were completed today. We will be returning on Monday to complete the remaining work. The customer is 100% happy and satisfied with today’s visit.
Customer has to wait for Lowe’s company to come out for blinds for him to decide on which direction to go with adding outlets for electric blinds. Told me to call him next Friday after the Lowe’s guy comes out to figure out the best route to go.
Arrived to look at issue with the back porch outlet not having power after it was tested during previous visit. The back left corner of the garage there is a second gfci that controls the back that was tripped.
Customer called us out for wetness in gym room near side door. Looked around home and checked meter twice it’s looking like a cold water slab leak. Talked to homeowner and will return 2-5 with supervisor for second set of eyes, and to go over options. Formally recommended turning gas off due to smelling gas in two locations, customer declined. Repair leak behind bushes, cut corroded pipe and Replace short section with new valve and union. Replace shutoff, union and connections from riser to pool heater. Test system again. 5 year warranty on parts and labor. Locate, cut, test and reassemble up to three water manifolds to find compromised water line. Cut wall materials as needed(not responsible for repairs to wall materials). After successfully testing and finding best route, give additional estimate to reroute compromised water line. Test gas system for leaks. If any leaks are present give additional estimate to locate and repair them. Repaired 2 gas leaks on system. Preformed gas

Customer had a bad plug in the front yard that he wanted us to replace. Replace the plug and everything worked with no issues. Explain GFCI protection to customer and how to test and reset outlet in the garage. Explain that if we had to come back out we will automatically charge for a standard troubleshoot
Ran dedicated 60 amp circuit to car charger in garage turned power on tested voltage at car charger made sure we where getting 240v customer did not have car here to test charger will test it once car is here. Customer was 100% happy and satisfied with todays service.
Arrived to look at issue with two switches that are not operational and confirmed they are not under warranty. Customer is going to get replacements and will have use back out to install when the new ones are available.
Customer called us out for water heater pilot light being out, Explained he wanted it replaced due to age, but if I could relight it, then I can start with that. Wrote up estimate for relight. Customer decided he only wanted estimates for water heater replacement. Gave multiple estimates, Customer stated he is getting other estimates. I did explain I could call my supervisor and see if there was anything he could do for the homeowner to get Customer back into hot water today. Customer said no.
Homeowner met inspector o site and passed the final inspection.
Performed waterline spot repair on three-quarter PVC in front yard to the right of the driveway. Paid with card. Job complete.
