Thursday 1pm call back Customer getting an electric Mercedes and is needing to hook up electric car charger. Has not ordered the car charger yet and says that she will order it tonight.
Customer had no power in garage, feeding outlets and garage door. Explain to customer we do not know where the issue is or what the issue is and that it could be a bad GFCI or a bad breaker or a bad connection. Explain to customer I will have to go through the whole entire circuit and start by opening up the electrical panel and testing for voltage on all breakers and then the GFCI and possibly replace the GFCI and customer declined on the price today due to it being too high.
Upon arrival customer directs me to the water leak in front yard. Advised customer about replacement. Supervisor showed up to quote work. No work authorized at this time.

I replaced the outlet and installed a new weatherproof flat cover. I also performed a full safety evaluation and reviewed the findings with the customer, including recommended upgrades. The customer respectfully declined having any additional solutions written up for today. He is 100% satisfied with the visit and understands that the outlet and cover come with a 5-year warranty.
