Pull all city permits and inspection, relocate all circuits out of the closets to outside, install overhead main electric service (lifetime warranty), install weatherproof main breaker panel next to meter (lifetime warranty), install grounding system, install 110 volt hardwired and interconnected smoke detectors in bedrooms and hallway, install whole home surge protector - 108k amps protection (lifetime warranty), replace all devices and install correct type copper to aluminum pigtails Replaced and relocated two panels both in closets to outside and installed new 200 amp panel. Properly grounded home with two ground rods and cold water bond. Replaced overhead 200 amp service and added whole home surge protection. Performed whole home Redevice and installed purple wire nuts and pigtailed all aluminum wiring to copper for devices. Installed hardwired smokes on all required locations and gfci protection in all required locations. Four small recessed lights in master bath not working
Met onsite with city inspector and passed the final inspection. Customer preference of dirt mounded and backfill should begin sometime in the next two days.
-install 4 owner furnished faucets, including three laboratory faucets, and one kitchen faucet. -install 2 owner furnace shower valves including one in the master and one in the hall bath. -replace 9 multi-turn shut off valves underneath sinks and behind toilets with new quarter turn valves and flex lines (free) -replace multi term style washing machine valves with quarter color-coded valves and flex lines (free) -replace multi-turn ice maker valve with new quarter turn valve. -replace old garbage disposal with standard 1/2 hp disposal. -Manufacture warranty on OWNER SUPPLIED MATERIALS. -5 year warranty on our equipment. Excavate 25 feet in length for sewer yard line replacement reroute line around large tree. Bore under side walk and dig down approx 8 feet to connect to city connection near curb. Not responsible for landscaping including trees, bushes, etc. 15 year warranty on new sewer line. Installed approximately 25 feet of new sewer line and customers front yard and connected
ATTEMPT to restore flow to old 1-1/4” copper drain arm for washer box. No warranty on drain clear
- Remove tubular under kitchen sink due to complete stoppage ( pipes full of debris ) - reconnect everything and test work ** no warranty on drain clear ** Tested work and there were no leaks , successfully restored flow to drain All the debris was stuck in the tubular
Customer had a bad plug in the bedroom that was reading 30 V which most likely means a loose neutral or bad neutral. Explain to customer that the issue could be somewhere else down the line and we will have to perform a troubleshoot to figure out where that issue is. Explain to customer different prices and different situations with the troubleshooting. Customer declined today. Quote is good for 30 days. Customer fixed plug and supervisor came out and we did safety check. Discussed replacing the original Zinsco breaker boxes as well as the overhead service. Left quotes for all work described
Inspector met onsite and passed the final inspection. Emailed inspection report.
Removed strainer from shower drain and cleaned out hair. Re installed strainer and ran water. No warranty for drain clears.
Remove and dispose of existing tank water heater. Install professional grade water heater. Replace water shutoff and supply lines. Replace gas flex line and add sediment trap. Reuse existing pan drain. Reconnect to existing t&p discharge. Reconnect to existing flue pipe. Provide city permit and inspection. 6 year transferrable warranty on parts and labor. Installed new 40 gal skinny 18” water heater with new water supply and shut off valve, new gas shut off valve with supply line and sediment trap, new vent line through roof to unit, upper combustion and new pan tied into exit pan drain.
Arrived on job site customer stated that he wanted a car charger to be installed. Customer stated that he wants some time to think about the quote. Will call back to go forward with the customer is 100% happy and satisfied with today’s visit.
Gave customer estimate to repair or replace water line in front yard. Planning to follow up tomorrow afternoon.
Customer called us out to a rental property, water was pooling in backyard took a look and checked a couple items. Gave estimate for whole home shutoff to start the process, customer is not wanting to start with this.

- Attempted drain clear on main drain due to stoppage, also ran camera to inspect main drainage and check for any issues. ** if issues are found solutions will be given for repair ** Was unable to clear drain w cable , went to shop and got bigger machine, ran bigger machine was still unable so I ran camera and pushed until stopped, recommend spot repair and camera to check for bigger / additional issues. - Preform spot repair on small section of drainage piping near tree ( up to 4 1/2ft deep ) - cannot see piping past located spot in yard , however will camera further to check for any additional issues - - price includes cutting out section of pipe pulling out roots if possible and installing cleanout towards city for testing and accessibility - ** if additional issues are found pricing will be given ** ** 5yr warranty ** permit and inspection included ** Excavated to cut out root extrusion and repair. Installed new city cleanout. 5 year warranty. Paid with card/good leap. Jo
