Arrived on job site. The customer stated that the switch controlling the sconce lights was not working properly due to it being a smart switch. Provided a solution to replace the customer-supplied smart switch that he already had on hand. Also noticed that the customer has three dual-function breakers that are currently on recall and advised that they should be replaced to prevent potential issues in the future. Offered to perform a home safety evaluation, which the customer declined. Customer is 100% happy and satisfied with today’s visit.
Arrived on the job site. Customer requested that we return to rewrap a total of 18 outlets throughout the home. He also noted that two outlets were clogged with paint in the prong openings; we will be replacing those with white, tamper-resistant duplex outlets. As part of the agreed-upon solutions, we also capped off the floor outlet, traced the circuit back to its source, capped it off there, and removed the floor outlet entirely so the customer can install carpet. That portion of the work has already been completed. Hector will be returning later today to complete the outlet rewrapping and replace the two paint-clogged outlets. Customer is 100% happy and satisfied with today’s visit. Once all work is completed, the customer will receive a five-year warranty on all rewrapped outlets (coverage applies to the connections, not the devices themselves), a five-year warranty on the two replaced outlets, and a five-year warranty on the floor-outlet disconnection. Customer is fully satisfi

During the inspection, I noticed multiple outlets that were not properly wrapped around the screws, which could lead to loose connections, arcing, or potential outlet damage. These outlets need to be properly tightened and rewired. I also found one or two outlets with paint inside the prong slots—more than typical—which can interfere with electrical contact and should be replaced to ensure safe operation. All other systems inspected, including smoke detectors, the electrical panels, grounding system, GFCI and AFCI protection, are in good condition. The home is also equipped with a builder-grade surge protector rated for up to 22,000 amps. The customer is 100% happy and satisfied with today’s visit and understands that the outlets with loose connections need to be rewrapped, and the ones wit
