Met homeowner and inspector onsite for final inspection. Installed test equipment to pass the final. Removed equipment and informed homeowner they can use the system as normal again. Got backfill preference of mounded and pro source has crews on way to backfill today.
Gain access to the underside of the slab by digging 3 access holes, one in the front of the home, one in the laundry room floor and one in the backyard. Tunnel under the home to expose all drains for both bathrooms, kitchen, laundry and the mainline totaling 95 ft of tunnel Once exposed, we will cut out all the drains and repipe in schedule 40 pvc Anchor pipe to the underside of the slab with anchors and loop hangers Install new dual sweep cleanouts outside Pull all necessary permits and have the work inspected by the city inspector Backfill all earth 15 year parts and labor warranty
- attempt to pop clog on main sewer line on yard line. No warranty on drain cable - successfully restored flow to main drain , and showed husband and took video however when letting the rain water into the sewer it backed up again very quickly let him know we need to run a camera and figure out what issues are in the drainage system causing this. However he would not like to do any thing further currently. Did explain the sewer will continue to back up from now until the rain drain is plugged and pipes are repaired
Arrived to look at issue with the disposal circuit as it began tripping again after the HVAC technician got done working in the attic. The circuit now showed a direct short. Found that the attic switch is original, stablocked, and in a metal box. Once adjusted the direct short was cleared and the circuit resumed operation. Was able to run disposal and garage door opener. Provided quote to replace the defective device and recommend not operating the broken device until replaced.
Attempted to relight pilot light on water heater. Advise customer about replacement. Gave multiple replacement options. Prices are good for 30 days.
Customer called us out for no hot water, looked at unit. It is nine years old at the end of its life expectancy. Looked at gas meter outside on side of home and it was locked out. The customers did not know that Atmos was their gas provider. I asked them to call. Atmos said they could come out Monday to test the gas and turn it on. I did explain if Atmos detects a leak , They will need to call us back to do a pressure test on the system find any leaks , code updates and permit will be needed at that time.

Customer was having issues with a bedroom, not working and had no power in the bedroom. Found in the panel that there was a burnt aluminum wire and had to Fix connection on breaker and replace ge breaker and pigtail from aluminum to copper. Installed new breaker and everything cut on with no issues and 5 year warranty only on breaker. Holly advised that customer gets plugged pigtailed and electrical panel replaced due to it being old and outdated and neutral bar being burnt up and they’re still having aluminum connections. Explain to customer what we would have to do per city to replace electrical panel.
Ran drain cable through shower drain. No warranty for drain clear.

Attempt to restore flow to kitchen / laundry drain. ** drain special ** - preform camera inspection on kitchen / laundry line to check piping for any issues / defects in piping. ** estimates will be given for repairs if needed ** -James Allen(Supervisor) performed camera inspection and found cast iron piping for kitchen/laundry line to be in very poor condition. Recommended replacing line to PVC connection under home. Drain clear and camera inspection will be applied to either estimate if the customer decides to move forward with work by the end of Friday.

Our technicians installing the new electrical panel met the inspector onsite and we got the plumbing final and temp power release for electrical will need to get final electrical at a later date.
Customer is trying to flip house and is getting estimates on replacing or updating electrical panel and electrical system based off of the buyers inspection report. Explain to Jeff that we cannot replace the electrical panel in the closet due to it being in a hazardous location and we would have to relocate the electrical panel to the outside and considering that the relocate is over 6 foot, We are required to install AFCI breakers. Customer is going to go speak with realtor and figure out the best route to approach the situation. Explain that we will pull a permit and do everything correctly per city and per national electrical code.
Attempt to restore flow to vanity sink drain, Remove corrugated drainage and replace ptrap. Perform all maintenance on water heater, replace anode rod and perform drain down/flush.
