Arrived on the job site. The customer stated that one of the outlets in her bedroom—originally converted from the garage—had stopped working after a loud pop while a space heater was plugged in. I explained to the customer that a space heater should not be used on that circuit because it draws approximately 12.5 amps and should be on a dedicated 20-amp circuit. I inspected the outlet and found that the wires were melted. I showed the customer the damage and explained how the space heater caused the issue. I also informed her that the home’s current electrical panel is a recalled model, and the breakers are known to fail under overheating conditions, which can prevent them from tripping properly—contributing to the melted wiring. I replaced the outlet, re-spliced all the wires, and ensured everything was working safely. The customer understands the situation and has a five-year warranty on the outlet. Marco and I will return on the 16th during the afternoon window to provide solutions
Installed new 1 inch double check device on irrigation line. With Y strainer and shut off valve. Five year warranty on all parts and labor job complete paid with card.

Gain access to fresh water lines at all fixtures in the home by making various drywall cuts around the home. Cut out old copper water lines and install all new PEX hot and cold lines supplying all showers, vanities, toilets, washer, hose bibs and kitchen sink. Install all new emergency shutoff valves and supply lines at each vanity, toilet, kitchen and laundry with a new laundry box. Attach onto existing water heater near the kitchen adding an expansion tank and new flex lines and ball valve Replace second water heater in the master bathroom Install new shutoff and PRV on main water service in yard Run new lines to 3 hose bibs and install new bibs Pull all necessary permits and have the new system inspected by the city inspector. No drywall repair included. 15 year parts and labor warranty
Came out to do free cam inspection on the sewer line under home and yard line to see what was going on and what kept giving the customer drainage issues We gave customer options to fix her issues Estimate good up to 30 days We let customer know that we also do financing to try and help out
Returned to label panel and install gfci protection in kitchen bathrooms and outside. Customer having furnace issues confirmed voltage is correct customer understands

Customer observed water leaking through ceiling in guest bedroom. Upon investigation I found a potential leaking fitting in the attic. We replaced the tee fitting in question and did a static water pressure test to ensure no more leaks and we found none. Informed customer to monitor for a few weeks and allow area of ceiling to dry out. Job complete.
Arrived on the job site, and the customer reported that rodents in the attic had chewed through the air-handler wiring. We will return tomorrow morning to run a new line through the existing PVC-protected junction box on the eave and extend the wiring to the air handler. We will also be replacing a couple of customer-supplied breakers. The customer is fully satisfied with today's visit and understands that there is a five-year warranty on the junction box, all connections, and the new wiring to the furnace. The customer also understands that the breaker connections are covered for five years, but the breakers themselves are not.
- attempt to restore flow to toilet in hall bath due to slow / no drainage currently. ** if pull/set or roof access needed price will increase ** - Preform drain cable from roof access, to attempt to pop clog in drainage system currently. ** no warranty on cable due to condition of piping ** - Supervisor came out at no cost to run camera inspection from roof access's able, did notice various issues and problems in piping. Gave estimates for repairs needed.
Met homeowner and inspector onsite for final inspection. Installed test equipment to pass the final. Removed equipment and informed homeowner they can use the system as normal again. Got backfill preference of mounded and pro source has crews on way to backfill today.
Gain access to the underside of the slab by digging 3 access holes, one in the front of the home, one in the laundry room floor and one in the backyard. Tunnel under the home to expose all drains for both bathrooms, kitchen, laundry and the mainline totaling 95 ft of tunnel Once exposed, we will cut out all the drains and repipe in schedule 40 pvc Anchor pipe to the underside of the slab with anchors and loop hangers Install new dual sweep cleanouts outside Pull all necessary permits and have the work inspected by the city inspector Backfill all earth 15 year parts and labor warranty
- attempt to pop clog on main sewer line on yard line. No warranty on drain cable - successfully restored flow to main drain , and showed husband and took video however when letting the rain water into the sewer it backed up again very quickly let him know we need to run a camera and figure out what issues are in the drainage system causing this. However he would not like to do any thing further currently. Did explain the sewer will continue to back up from now until the rain drain is plugged and pipes are repaired
Arrived to look at issue with the disposal circuit as it began tripping again after the HVAC technician got done working in the attic. The circuit now showed a direct short. Found that the attic switch is original, stablocked, and in a metal box. Once adjusted the direct short was cleared and the circuit resumed operation. Was able to run disposal and garage door opener. Provided quote to replace the defective device and recommend not operating the broken device until replaced.
